Ryan decided to go on a Fat Kid Diet. Basically its a diet for people that are skinny like him to gain muscle mass. He has to eat so much. By the end of his first day his stomach was as hard as a rock. I decided to take pictures of him every week so we can see his progress. Here are his first set of pictures along with the diet just in case any of you skinny people don't want to be skinny anymore.
Meal #1
Weight gainer with 1/2 cup of oatmeal 2 tbs all natural peanut butter, banana and ice.
Meal #2
6 egg whites 2 yolks, 2 slices of whole wheat toast, 1/2 cup oatmeal.
Meal #3
8 oz. Chicken breast, yams, and broccoli
Meal #4
Sandwich, turkey ham, protein shake and handful of nuts
Meal #5
8 oz. fish with 1/2 cup brown rice, green beans.
Meal #6
Same as meal #1 before bed.
