10 MONTHS OLD

This month has been VERY different from the rest. Paisley has been teething like no other and I finally have a tooth to prove it. It's about time.
Paisley is now......

• Has 1 tooth showing and another one coming (both bottom front teeth).
• Take 2 good naps a day and once in a while a short nap right before bed time
• Bed time is different every day this month. One day it will be 7:30 the next day it will be 10:30.
• Wakes up around 6:30 or 7:00 :(
• has been waking up 2-4 times at night. I think I have only had about 3 night this month where she slept the whole night. 
• Stands up in her crib.
• WALKING!!!! with support. 
• Has a ponytail :)
• Signs milk almost every time I put her in her high chair. And when I say you want milk she starts to laugh and gets all excited! 
• When the dogs bark she barks too (hahahahaha this cracks me up). 
• Loves taking showers. 
• Loves being outside.
• Says MAMA :) (although I have noticed she only does this when she is tired or sad)

9 MONTHS OLD

I couldn't get her to smile for the life of me

WHAT?!?!?!?!?!? 9 months old... Where has the time gone? I feel like she was just getting her 6 months pictures done and next week she will be getting her 9 months done. I love this stage that Paisley is in right now; if I could freeze time this would be it.

Paisley is now.....

~CRAWLING (I thought this day would never come; and I LOVE IT)

~Standing against things

~Pulling herself up

~Screams/coughs on command (I don't know why I taught her this)

~Still doesn't have any teeth

~Still LOVES bananas

~Loves playing peek-a-boo and patty cake

~Sits on her knees and plays with her toys

~ Reaches for me when other people are holding her (not in a bad way, she will let anyone hold her, she just knows how much fun I am. She mainly does this when I am just getting home from work) :)

~Takes 2-3 naps a day

~Goes to bed around 6:30 or sometimes 7:30 (if she doesn't take her third nap)

~Wakes up at 7:30 on the dot everyday

~Pulls her bumper down when she wakes up. (I can't decide if I am going to leave it on or take it off)

~ Still pretty much only says dada. She does the baby babble which makes me laugh.

8 Months Old

WOW! I cannot believe Paisley is 8 months old. Her birthday is right around the corner. This past month has been so much fun with her, minus the teething part. I am now 100% cloth diapering her and I love it! Since the new year I started the "365 Days With You" pictures and I plan to turn it into a flip book at the end of the year. Can't wait to see it all done!

Paisley is now....

* Very very chatty

* Loves to eat green beans and bananas

* Still teething with ZERO teeth

* Take either 3 1.5-2 hour naps or 2 3-4 hour naps

* Has signed "milk" about 5 times

* Coughs for attention or if you cough she will start to cough

* Started to rock back in fourth on her hands and knees

* Tries to sit up from laying down (almost has is mastered)

* Smiles when I take the camera out :)

* Started eating finger food (the ones that look like cheerios that dissolve in your mouth) LOVES THESE!!! If she sees the jar she freaks out till I give her some.

* OH and I almost forgot she says "dada"

7 Months Old

Paisley is getting more fun every day that passes. She is now....

* Sitting up all by herself for a good amount of time

* Size 2 diapers

* Eating Vegetables

* Teething really bad. I am hoping that we will be seeing a tooth pretty soon.

* Very chatty

* Learning sign language (she gets excited when I sign "more" and "milk")

* Imitates you when you make a fish sound with your lips.

* Grabs for EVERYTHING

* Holds her bottle ( she has been doing this for a few months but I just haven't documented it)

* Looks at you when you call her name

* Has her ears pierced

6 MONTHS OLD

I cannot believe how fast this past six months have gone by. I don't even want to think about the next six. P. just needs to stay little forever.

She is now...

*Sitting better; around 30 seconds to 2 minutes. She would probably be sitting better if I put her in her bumbo more but she hates that thing. (Does that even help them sit better?)

*Rolls everywhere

*Does this head scoot (pushes with her feet and scoots on her head. My mom said I use to do the same thing)

*Eating solids. So far we have only tried giving her green beans and she does NOT like them (this is where she is like her daddy. She may have my looks but she has her daddy's stomach).

* Still LOVES her jumper

* Loves playing Peek-A-Boo

* Would rather play with the tags on the toy rather than the toy itself.

* Love the song "You Lie" by The Band Perry (Paisley could be screaming and if I play this song for her she will stop crying immediately and start to smile and laugh. It is so funny. If you don't believe me ask Ryan, my mom and Megan; they have seen her do it multiple times. I have it on video but I always have trouble uploading videos on here :(

5 MONTHS OLD

This past month there has been HUGE changes with Paisley.

She is now.....

* Sitting up for about a good 30-45 seconds before tipping over

* Rolling from tummy to back and back to tummy

* LAUGHING!!!!

* Eating rice cereal and LOVES IT!!!

* Jumping in her Jumper

* Grabbing for her toys

* taking very long naps since I have darkened her room. They are now anywhere from 2-4.5 hours three times a day

Bad Dog

I pretty much have had it with Coco. This past week she ate my bluetooth that I got earlier this month for my birthday. Grrrrrrrr. Today I had a friend over for lunch and while we were in the other room her fat little self somehow jumped onto the table and started eating the food (good thing we had just finished). Then, later tonight as I was giving P. a bath she decided she wanted one too and jumped in. There is nothing worse than the smell of a wet dog. I swear this dog must not be getting enough attention.

4 Months Old

Paisley is getting so big and she has sure made some progress over the past month

Paisley can now

* Roll over

* Can last up to 20 minutes on her tummy, which is HUGE because last month we were lucky to get 30 seconds.

* Reaches for her toys that are near her. (tries to put them in her mouth, sometimes she succeeds and other time she just continually hits her forehead)

* Sings/talks all day long

* Sucks on her toes (I have been trying to get a picture of her doing it but every time I pull the camera out she stops).

* Taking 3 two hour naps and sleeping 10-13 hours a night :)

* Sometimes she laughs in her sleep, it so funny

* Which reminds me, she started laughing :)

3 Months Old

You may think she is sweet in innocent until.....

She gets MAD

We still love her even with her temper

I cannot believe Paisley is 3 months old already. She is a happy baby, but boy she sure does have a temper. She is doing about the same as last month but with some differences

• still sleeping through the night but is now going to bed at 8 :)
• still hates tummy time. We are now practicing it more on the bed or with her boppy.
• Discovered her thumb YIKES... When she puts her thumb in her mouth I put her binki in and she shoots it out to put her thumb right back in. I guess I wont win this one.
• Wiggles like crazy. I'll lay her on her play mat and 5 minutes later she's off it or turned the other way.
• I have a feeling she is teething. I could be wrong but she has all the sings.

Drooling like CRAZY, always wanting something in her mouth, Cranky, as feels warm (not a temper but warmer than usual).

But like I said I could be wrong and just a have a drooling baby with a sassy attitude :)

• Paisley loves the TV good thing I do too. We watch The Real Housewives, Teen Mom, The Kardashians, Toddlers and Tiaras and of course Jersey Shore before you know it she will be fist pumpin. (Don't judge me, I really don't know why I watch this show because I think they are all idiots). Paisley's favorite thing to watch is "Rio". This movie is so cute, you should all buy it.
• She can roll from her back to her side, almost to her belly
• She is finally out of her new born clothes .
• Still in size one diapers
• Has a Masters in blowing bubbles
• And last but not least hates it when I put a bow on her head. I don't get it, I have put a bow on her head every day since she was born, you would think she would be use to it by now.

The Best part of her being 3 months old is her 3 month old PICTURES.... here is a sneak peak by Korindi. She is AMAZING! I can't wait to see the rest of them.

2 Months Old

...Say it Ain't So...

Paisley is such a good baby (I'm so glad we got the colic under control).

In the past month Paisley has....

• Been smiling and talking like crazy. Speaking of talking, Paisley said HELLO! Ryan and I about died laughing when she did it and the best part we got it on tape. (you can view my facebook to watch it).
• She is also SUPER BABY! Her legs are so strong, she can bare weight on her legs anywhere from 10-15 seconds.
• She is fighting her naps but goes down at night with no problem, I'll just lay her in her crib and she will fall asleep.
• She is still sleeping through the night so I am very thankful for that because with me being such a night person I need to sleep in.

I'm excited for her Dr's appointment tomorrow to see how much she has grown!

One Month Old

One month old.... Are you serious??? I can't believe how fast this past month went by. Paisley is so much fun, well to tell you the truth right now she is a little boring. Ryan and I are both looking forward to the day where she can hold her head up and smile at us when we talk to her. She is such a good baby, Ryan and I are very lucky. Basically ever since she came home from the hospital she has slept through the whole night. It has been fun learning how to sooth her when she gets fussy, okay well not at first it wasn't because she was colic. But now we have seemed to get that under control thanks to some wonderful drops that help with her gas. There really isn't much else to say about her accept that we love her so much and are happy that she is a healthy and happy baby.
